ISSEME’s climate committee runs a mentoring scheme to connect ECRs and more experienced scholars and is currently considering further options for networking such as peer-mentoring opportunities.

In 2024, we paired mentors and mentees for in-person meetings at the Leeds IMC and for virtual meetings whenever was most convenient for mentors and mentees.
